    • Cup oatmeal
    • 2 cups diced pineapple
    • 40 g almonds
    • 40 g honey, raw
    • 7 g cinnamon
    METHOD:
    Put the oats in pot with hot water and stir. Let it be cooked and cooled. Add the orange juice and pineapple juice too. Add almonds and cinnamon now and honey last. Mix well.
