RECIPE
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of grated ginger (or you can use ginger powder)
- Several drops of essential ginger oil
- 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger, empty tea bags or filter tea ball (by your choice)
- 1 cup of Epsom salt
Preparation:
First, fill your tub with warm water. Once the tub is filled, you can add the Epsom salt, ginger and the essential ginger oil. As mentioned above, you can use powdered ginger or grated ginger.
Have a nice bath for 15-20 minutes.
You can expect to sweat for the next several hours, but this is normal occurrence.
