There is no doubt that bread is the favorite and most popular food on earth.
Yet, if you are one of those who cannot imagine a meal without it, you should know that, despite its delicious taste, bread should be avoided, due to its negative consequences on health.
Yet, we do not say that you should avoid all bread types, but you should try to find a healthier alternative, some version which will be free of gluten and the antinutrient phytic acid. Namely, flour as treated with 60 different chemicals approved by the FDA, like chemical bleach.
Therefore, we suggest a recipe for bread without flour. It contains natural ingredients only, so it is high in B vitamins, fiber, and protein. What’s more, it is inexpensive and really easy to prepare!
Flourless Bread -Recipe
Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-90 grams of sesame seeds
-ninety grams of sunflower seeds
-90 grams of walnuts
-ninety grams of pumpkin seeds
-90 grams of flaxseed
-½ teaspoon of baking soda
-100 ml of water
-a pinch of salt

Method of preparation:
First, whisk the egg whites with the salt, and then add the water and the baking soda. All the seeds should be ground into fine powder (flour). Add them to the mixture, and mix all well.
Bake the bread for 50 minutes at 180 C (350 F). The taste of the bread is simply delicious!
